Director Profiles Steven Miller
Steve Miller has been the General Manager of Goodyear Jamaica Limited since May of 2006. In this capacity, he is responsible for Goodyear's business interests in Jamaica and the Eastern Caribbean. Prior to this role, Mr. Miller was with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company's North American tyre business where he was responsible for Goodyear's marketing relationship with NASCAR. He also spent time in Business Development in Goodyear North America's commercial truck tyre business. Prior to joining Goodyear, Mr. Miller spent time with management consultants Booz Allen & Hamilton and operating a family business venture in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Miller holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is married to wife Lucy, and they have two daughters, Samara and Sidney. Andrew Peart,
Andrew Peart has been the Finance Director of Goodyear Jamaica Ltd. since August 2006. In his capacity, he is responsible for the effective management of the finance area within the organization. Mr. Peart is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants of England and Whales. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of West Indies. Mr. Peart’s Professional Career spans twelve years at the Senior Management Level where he has held a number of Senior Financial Roles in different industries within Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago. He spent Six years with the Carreras Group Ltd. where he held various Finance Roles including Group Financial Planning Manager and Financial Controller for sister company; West Indian Tobacco in Trinidad. Before Joining the Carreras Group, Andrew was an Auditor at KPMG for three years. Prior to Joining the Goodyear family, Andrew spent two years with Cable & Wireless where he was Vice President of Finance. Clive Buddo,
Clive Buddo joined the Goodyear team in July of 2007, as Local Sales Manager. Clive’s responsibilities will be focused on the management of the Sales operations in Jamaica. Clive has over 21 years experience in Sales at Xerox Jamaica Ltd. Xerox Distribution Group with responsibilities for the Bahamas and Turks and Caicos and Productive Bureaus Solution Ltd. (Xerox Distributor in the Caribbean). Clive has participated in several executive education programmes in Sales, Marketing and Financial Decision Making. Clive is Married and has 5 children. Damien Satterthwaite,
Damien Satterthwaite is the Marketing Manager of Goodyear Jamaica Limited. In this capacity, he is responsible for Goodyear's marketing and customer facing activities in Jamaica and the Eastern Caribbean. Prior to this appointment, Damien managed the consumer tyre business as well as provided sales support in role of Analyst for the Jamaican organization. He has been a part of the Goodyear Jamaica team since February 2003. Prior to joining Goodyear, Mr. Satterthwaite worked for Xerox Jamaica Limited as well as operated a Xerox sales agency. Mr. Saltterthwaite holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University. He is married to wife Diana, and they have three children, Darrien, Deinelle and Davien. |
